One star only because I cannot give them a ZERO star rating. This "law firm" is nothing of the sort, and is instead a collection of bullies and extortionists using terror tactics to scare people into paying them interest. The office manager Ann is among the most rude, abrasive, unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune to encounter in any setting.
