I have lived here for 2 months. The place has bed bugs, dirty and sewer gases coming thru the drains! Hung a TRUMP Banner on my balcony railing and received a lease violation. Others have things hanging and did not receive a lease violation. Violating my 1st admendment right! I do not conscent to these living conditions.

I've lived here for 4 years and I love it. Staff and maintenance are fantastic. Clean. It's like living in a little city with a variety of people with over 100 apartments, but majority are friendly and considerate. Quiet, private. Love the balconies.
RecommendedI lived at the Cooper Street Apartments when I was working on my undergraduate degree and when I moved back for grad school. Although these apartments are smaller compared to other complexes, my roommates and I felt that we had enough space to be comfortable (I've always lived with girls, so that's saying a lot). If you don't think there is enough space, download Pinterest and go crazy. We turned the dining room into a room to make a fourth bedroom and it worked out well.
