I moved in February of last year. I paid first and last months rent including deposit. Brent the landlord never did a proper walk through. He doesn't always give you receipts for when you pay the rent. We lived in apt 7 which is bottom right corner. The stove burnt out 5 months in and we weren't given another for 3 months after. Our ceiling in the bathroom started caving in and it was raining pee and poo. We had to use an umbrella to use the toilet. Mold everywhere. We had cockroaches. Then blamed us for it.
