First of all, if you try to contact them about their product, they hang up on you because you are not a licensed Veterinarian. They have no concern about the consumers. They also lie with what ever information they will give you. I am referring to the Lean Treats that they sell. The bag says only available at your veterinarian, NOT TRUE. I bought them on Chewy.com and they are an inferior product. do not use this place at all
I purchased my clinic in October 2017 and I've only seen my rep twice, I stopped ordering from them is March. I know he's in town because I see him at the previous owner's house, which is right behind the hospital. He's there about every 2 week it seems. The employees say that he was like clock work, here every other Tuesday morning. MWI reps are more reliable, plus better prices.
I have been ordering from Henry Schein for many many years and am very happy with my inside rep (Lauren) and my outside rep.
Henry Schein is the best distributor because they are dedicated to education. They really stand out amongst the other distributors.
