I highly recommend Butler and Dr Mike! They really care about your pet. They listen and don’t over charge. I’ve used several other vets in Knoxville area and this one gets the prize.
I had always heard Bulter animal clinic was great......and they may be ok for vaccines and simple things, but DO NOT take your pet there if they are truely chronically sick or ill. My cat was sick for a year and they kept trying to treat her without success and without even a confirmed diagnosis (she was losing weight, but eating 3x the amount of food she should) They said the only other option was UT for further testing they couldnt do at the clinic..... I love Butlers! been going there for years because they care about the animals.
I have been going to Butler animal clinic for years ..I started with Dr. Butler senior and followed when Jim moved to his own .They show compassion and great care..

It wasn’t until the day he could no longer walk that they finally did xrays and prescribed medication for arthritis. In July... read more

Extremely nice staff. My first visit with my 10 week old kitty. They worked me in quickly and treated us wonderful. I am moving all my animals to them.
I will not give this place any stars. Due to their careless, horrible practice of veterinary medicine I no longer have my beautiful best friend Snoop. The loss of Snoop is even more painful because I trusted them, because I worked there. You would think being an employee that comes to work everyday and gives 110% for them would step their game up. Nope! I want you to know I am not some disgruntled employee either. I am a very well educated veterinary technician. I have worked in the industry for over 10 years, and have... read more
