Susan asked me for my zip code when checking my ID when buying Coronas and I refused because I have no reason to yell out my zip code in front of other customers. I was shopping at the Roselle store. Stopped at the deli to pick up a few things. I will say that you have some rude employee's working there after 3 pm. Some guy having a rather long conversation with what looked like a friend \ customer for at least 40 minutes ignoring the fact there was others waiting to be waited on. This is not the first time this has happened. I guess I'll be shopping at a different store from now on as it makes me feel you don't appreciate nor want my business.
The Algonquin store let me stand in line at the deli for 35 minutes with my ticket only to run out the door as soon as the clock struck 8pm WITHOUT waiting in me.
Love this store,we need one in bartlett il great meats,low prices, but they need to remodel and most stores.Great customer service most of the time
The employees are not helpful and don’t seem to know how to ask anyone smarter than them I’m frequently frustrated shopping at Butera and have to remind myself to shop elsewhere
