Explains labs, MRIs in detail. Very friendly. Great personality.
I would never recommend this doctor. He diagnosed my mother with dementia which she does not have. So disappointed with him. His nurse is so very rude to say the least. To find out his diagnosis for her I called several times leaving messages for him to call me by voice mail. His nurse called me, telling me how busy he was. So I asked her to have him call me back or can he give me a letter telling what his thought were? His nurse told me "yes but there was a $20.00 charge for that." I asked her to bill it. She told me that "... read more
Dr Butera is so amazing. He took his time and explained everything to me and has the best bedside manner. Would highly recommend seeing him!!
He cares!
I do not trust Dr. Butera. I was referred by my PCP who suspected I had Multiple Sclerosis. Dr Butera did an MRI, and a brief, half hearted physical exam. He told me I don't have MS, and despite my being a fit Gymnastics coach, he offered the suggestion that my severe fatigue (and myriad of other symptoms) was simply due to having 6 children. I was referred by my PCP to Dr. Butera. My PCP recommended an EEG as I was being monitored by my previous PCP in Texas. It had been about 10 years since I had seen a neurologist. Front Desk: Professional, Polite and Accommodating Appointments: Very efficient Wait Times: Less than 10 minutes Dr Butera: Knowledgeable, competent, spent time explaining test results, spent quite a bit of time with me answering my questions and I never felt rushed. He has a great demeanor. I could not ask for more fr
I would definitely recommend Dr. Butera to family and friends. Dr. Butera took the time to examine me and do tests. He was not in a hurry and he did not push drugs. I am very careful about what I take due to side effects and also I feel less is fine. Dr. Butera has a wonderful friendly staff. I would highly recommend him to everyone.
I was a new patient today. I waited about 15 minutes to be seen but Dr Butera took an awful long time listening to me and examining me. He was very nice, did not make me feel like I was 'less than'. He did not talk down to me, he explained everything clearly, I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. Secretary Claudette was also very nice.
Holistic practitioner who treats the whole human being!! Excellent doctor who cares for the patient and and makes sure that all questions are answered and the patient understands the diagnosis and the intended follow up treatments. Truly the way doctor should treat every patient as if they were part of his own family.
