Ive had Butch keep my car and truck on the road working well for over 10 years. Even though I live in Spring Lake (35 miles away) I always bring them to Butch for repairs and general maintenence. He has always been honest and treats my vehicles like they were his own...no more or less service than needed.
What a jerk. The worse experience Ive ever had with any business, most shocking to be coming from the business owner.Diagnose 3 times wrong, charged me for it, put cheap parts that broke. Did not want to refund money for the part, and most of all acted totally innapropriate by using curse words and raising his voice at me. Also I dont care to know how much he hates Obama as Im taking a test drive. Butch is great! High quality at fair prices. He never tries to tack on any extras to increase the bill. He even drove out here to Wyoming for a free pickup.
I couldnt be more pleased, prompt and fair, friendly. No more shopping around for someone I can trust, with the new cars or the classics. Its really good to have a mechanics I can count on!
