if i could have given this a 0 stars i would have. i first though this would be a good place to have my truck repaired as they came highly recommended with word of mouth and reviews. vehicle was there and sat for some days. found out it was the transmission. gave pete my warranty information. after not hearing anything for a few weeks and seeing my truck sit outside the shop with bird crap all over it and a flat tire i go in and inquire as to whats going on with it he says hes waiting for the warranty co to send an adjuster.... read more
Butchs was my go to shop for a long time. It’s just not what it used to be. They just don’t care about their customers anymore. Time to take my business elsewhere.
Pete and the team took care of me very quickly at a very reasonable price. He kept me updated with everything, and got me in and out rapidly. Awesome service.
