So I happened to this place by referral. Upon arrival I was greeted by Troy (very pleasant). This place is like a hidden jem. While they specialize in steaks, and seasonings, and rubs for steak. I came here for the salt and specifically for the salt. Simply amazing. I highly recommend the salt, as well as all the other wonderful items that they offer.

Butcher’s Mark is the only place we buy our beef from. Absolutely the best tasting and quality beef in Sarasota. ( they have all kinds of red meat, poultry, sauces ,ribs, jerky etc)We’ve tried multiple competitors and we were always dissatisfied. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. I live 30 min away and buy from Butchers Mark twice a week. Troy is always helpful and knowledgeable. Ribeyes and NY steaks are our go to. If you want the best this is your place.
