⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What a fantastic local butcher shop! The husband-and-wife owners are absolutely wonderful, always friendly and welcoming. Their meats are incredibly fresh and the quality is exceptional! I love using their beef for homemade steak tartare and carpaccio. Their chicken skewers are delicious, and the six-week dry-aged steaks are outstanding! It’s such a pleasure supporting a family-owned business that takes pride in its products. A true neighborhood gem! 🥩❤
It had been over a year since I’d visited this butcher shop, and for the life of me, I can’t remember why I ever stopped going! The quality of the meat and poultry is outstanding, and the staff and owners are genuinely wonderful—always welcoming, helpful, and full of great advice.
