A large commercial sized windowat our office was broken. We needed it replaced as soon as possible. They sent someone out for the estimate right away. They offered to board up the broken window until the new one arrived. As soon as the new window was in their possession, they came and installed it. I know a house that you guys are working on and you're basically taking advantage of an elderly not professional at all they ruin your lawn then they make you pay for it I don't understand how you can do that to a paying customer
