If you want it done correctly and competitively, your research ends here. Every team member was prompt, kind, courteous, very professional, and did a great job with the skylight replacement. Truly a great company to work with, and this is coming from a business owner whose expectations are rarely met, let alone exceeded. I'd say they shattered them!
Butcher and Butcher did a great job fixing our flat roof. It wasn't easy to find a company that would work on residential flat roofs, but Butcher and Butcher sold us on their knowledge and expertise. Jeff, our salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. The crew doing the work were very courteous and respectful of our property. We will definitely use them again when we need work done on our roof.
B&B did what I consider a bait and switch with replacing my skylights. You can see the nice clean skylights I had and then also what B&B considers a great job and they look good and are no taller than what I had. They have lied through the entire process and think they did a great job, per the quote. We have had problems with Bats getting into our attic. Our exterminator felt that they were getting in through our ridge vent. I called Butcher & Butcher who had put on our roof 4 years ago. After my call they came out promptly and replaced portions of the shingles after tightening down the ridge vent at the ends of our roof line. In addition, the head of the Roofing division came out and did an inspection of our roof, soffit edges at the facia, freeze board, and masonry chimney walls. I have used Butcher & Butcher for a variety of purposes on multiple projects throughout Michigan. Every employee was competent, courteous, friendly and focused on delivering exceptional service. This firm operates the right way, with insured staff, professional licensing, certifications, and continuing education. They are not the cheapest, but in my book are the BEST![
