I called on Monday and placed an order to be picked up on Wednesday. The representative over the phone took my order and advised it would be available to pick up until 7. I went to pick it up at 5:45 and they wouldn't open the door, telling me they were closed. Thanks for putting a huge roadblock on my Thanksgiving plans. The website says they are open until 6.
