Stopped on to check it out randomly and bought some oeoper d beef jerky, which was fantastic. The service was pleasent and the atmosphere was what you would expect. Do recommend a trip to this little out of the way butcher shop
Fresh high quality meat.
Bought a ribeye from this place that is completely uneven. 3/4-1”thick on one side and a 1/4” thick on the other. Not sure how that’s even possible. Meat looks fresh, and it might be good, but I’m about to have a well done steak on one half and medium rare on the other.
Someone told me to stop by as they have great meats. I was impressed. The pre-made burgers are fantastic. Also tried the chicken breasts. They were great too.
