Butch Soomann was an absolute delight to work with. This was my first time buying a home and his assistance made my experience 100 times smoother. Butch helped us purchase our house in 2016 and was there to help us sell that house and purchase a new one in 2023. We could not have asked for a better agent. We trusted him through every step of the process, he was quick to answer all of our questions, and was consistent with checking in. The best part about working with Butch is he is very personable and we never felt like he was there simply for a business transaction. He even counted to check in after we moved in to our new home to make sure we were adjusting well.
