Service department is a joke they must only have one mechanic working there will definitely not buy any vehicle again from this dealer
First off, the technicians at Butch Oustalet are great. I give them 5 stars for the work they have done on the multiple vehicles I have had work done on over the years. Sales: Great experience there also! I told them what I needed and the price I was willing to pay, and they filled the order. No haggling and easy. However, the idea that you have to drop off your vehicle to get it repaired with NO CLUE when you receive any information on it is utterly ridiculous! Picked up a nice Jeep from this dealership. Got a great deal. Fay took all info and Roy in finance super. Robert in sales handled all delivery and took great care to ensure satisfied customer. Great people to deal with. Fair and honest with great staff.
