After frustratedly dealing with a useless agent for a couple of months, we found the most professional and efficient realtor. Butch Leiber knew how to listen to us, when to suggest when we were lost or confused, what to advise if we were hesitant. He loves his profession, he knows the market. He is smart, friendly, and very funny too. Highly recommended.
After negative experiences with a few realtors in the valley I was connected to Butch who was the first realtor I felt really understood what I was looking for and was forthcoming. He spent probably an hour on the phone with me during our first talk. We did not wind up moving to Phoenix, but I would highly recommend Butch to anyone looking for a realtor, he is a rare gem.
