Recently contracted with Busy Bees to stage an apartment - staging was great - problem is dealing with the owners - problems started shortly after signing a fixed price contract - owners asked for an additional $500 once the job started - I refused - from that point forward relationship was strained - apartment was staged with mixture of furniture belonging to them and me - When the staging was complete, they removed all furniture, including mine - some of my furnishing were never recovered. I currently work with a realtor team that uses Busybee Design to stage their listings and these properties sell faster than any other! There is such a huge difference between walking into an empty property to take photos for online listings and walking into one that has been transformed by Busybee. It feels warm, intimate, like home! I really love browsing their South St store. They are always incredibly nice and helpful and have a great selection - especially love the baby/kids section.
