I absolutely loved my experience at Busy Nails! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel so welcome. Andy, the owner, is absolutely hilarious and made the experience so much fun. The women who work there are incredibly kind, patient, and so talented…they took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure my nails came out perfect. First time here today. Ugh I wish it was better based on previous reviews. Level of service looked to depend on timing and familiarity. I did go around 11:45, was there for about 3/12 hours, ppl whom they knew by name came after but were in and out. About 5ppl came after me but were in and out before me. I received basic service but was looking for something a little more detailed. Do not get the owner. He is too busy to do mani/pedis. My friend and I both got spa pedicures with all the new pamperings. Loved the service and all the new updates to the chairs and nail desks as well. Very friendly staff with great conversations. Andy, Rose and Lily were all amazing! Thank you all so much! Highly recommend!!!

I have been going to busy nails for 20 years. Maria is fantastic. My nails always look beautiful. They just renovated with state of the art pedicure chairs with steam while they massage. I moved 45 minutes away a year ago and still drive there. Also, Andy, Maria's husband is welcoming and funny!
