My husband and I were having family over for Thanksgiving one year. Having no time to clean because of working overtime and working in Virginia, I was given BLC's number. When I called, I told them when I needed them to clean. On such short notice I was able to get my house cleaned. It is always a pleasure to come home to a clean house! It gives my husband and I the time to do our favorite things and not worry about when we are going to clean the house. The staff is so helpful. I was in a bind and needed a clean on short notice. I spoke to Kristy and she was so helpful, polite & she made sure every detail was covered.
I'm highly impressed with the cleaning service, and the customer service is impeccable. This is the largest cleaning service for our area, it's a blessing we have one. I had gone through three non-company single cleaners. I had to go with a REAL company after that.
