Richard arrived before 7AM this morning and introduced himself after which he went right to work stretching out 140 of hose without damaging our landscape and started pumping our 1200 gallon tank which hadn't been pumped in 12 years. He was polite and efficient. He completed the pump job and cleaned the filter in just a couple hours. Busy D is the only company I would ask to do this smelly work and their price was reasonable. Their office had all our info from 12 years earlier so no paper work was needed. TG
