I had a table centerpiece made in memory of my older brother. I gave the shop owner my ideas that I'd like to possibly incorporate into the piece from his old red "Sanford & Son" style truck(she put tiny working headlights & lighting around the truck bed), a duck because that was his nickname(she found a wooden decoy to use for that), loaded back of truck with bits of hay, miniature firewood, even miniature budweiser cans( his favorite bonfire beverage). My husband wanted to order me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday from this florist after a year of family health issues had dampened my spirit. Not only was he charged a service fee worth 1/5th of the order, but the order was cancelled days after ordering with no warning, claiming that they were “out of stock”. No attempt was made on their part to communicate or replace it with an equivalent bouquet, our order was just plainly cancelled.
