Great service. Darnell did a great job, and was professional and courteous the entire time. We have a main drain clog backing up our house and he explained all our options very well. Came out same day we called for the emergency.
Had heat before they came now no heat still no one here have an eighty year old downstairs with no heat and me whose disabled upstairs with no heat and my wife has lupus left without heat during the night they were respectful of my phobias yes but at end of the day heat is a must during the winter gonna have to call the state soon got no space heaters nothing currently heating up my house by boiling water!!! Cannot leave people without heat at all not right illegal..
Darnell was awesome and diagnosed our issue perfectly. He also educated me on a lot ways to prevent this from happening again.
