If I could give 0 stars I would. this is the most crooked place I've ever dealt with. They stole my home for $5,000 and never paid the tax lein that was on the property.Jason told me he would pay the tax bill that was $10,000 and give me $5,000 for moving expenses. well, he and his partners lied and the title company helped get them out of the tax bill.

I was looking in a certain area to live and called Jameson Hawkins with Busy Bee Realty who found me a condo with 2 weeks. He was aggressive with his negotiation skills and within 2 days we locked it up. He helped me every step of the way. I didn't have a clue because it was my first home. I had an exceptional experience with Kathy Collings at Busy Bee Realty! She was professional, prepared, and always available to help with what turned out to be a difficult loan process. She helped me find a very nice place in my limited price range. I could call her at any time; and she was kind, encouraging and knowledgeable. We hired Rich Harris with Busy Bee Realty to make a crazy attempt at what my husband and I knew to be impossible: to get our mortgage company, 3+ years into the foreclosure process on our home to allow a short sale.
