If you want absolutely no advice or guidance this is your guy. He is rude, cussed out my wife and refused to speak to her. This guys name is Chuck and he was unprofessional and no help whatsoever when trying to sell our house. It was a complete nightmare using him. We sold our house but if we could go back we would have used a regular realtor and paid 3% to not have to deal with him and I guarantee we would have sold our house for way more than we received! Very helpful and responsive realtor.
I can not recommend this broker. He is not only rude but actually threatened to interfere with our closing if we did not agree to release him from liability. I a phone call to my wife she told him to “contact my husband”. He continued cussing at her and threatening me with physical violence. If I could give negative stars I would.
