We rented a home through this company and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. At move-in, the house was in extremely poor condition in terms of cleanliness. It was noted as such on our move-in inspection. While they did send someone to wash the carpets, that did not change the fact that the entire house was covered in dog hair and I am not exaggerating...It was everywhere! Used them to sell our house. Rude, incompetent and no help whatsoever. If you want a painful experience and losing thousands of dollars these are your guys. They were an absolute nightmare to use. I beg you, please do not use them. You will 100% regret it, I guarantee it.
I was stationed at Ft. Campbell and when I was sent to Korea, I left my home rented and collected directly from the tenants that would deposit the rent into my bank account. The honey moon face ended after a month, the tenants became hostile and were always late paying rent.
