I had a bad experience with Busy Bee Property Maintenance. A friend of mine asked him to remove a large cottonwood tree for us. Busy Bee agreed to bring it down as low to the ground as possible without removing the stump. They removed the limbs, which is a substantial job. I have no qualms about the work he did on that. Unfortunately he left about 15 feet of the trunk. I wouldn't call that cutting it as low as possible to the ground. I have tried calling him, but he won't return calls.
