The team was incredibly efficient, careful, and professional. Nothing was damaged. The movers were also very respectful and easy to communicate with throughout the entire move. I was extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend them!
The move started out of the gate with one out of the three guys having an attitude because of the size of the house. They were aware of the house size when I scheduled the move. I had items broken, dropped, and scratched. The actual cost seemed higher than what was actually quoted. When it comes time to move the items out of the temporary storage unit, I will not use them.
8 pieces of furniture. We moved the small items, dishes and clothes. Estimates to move across town were received and more than we thought was reasonable for just a few pieces. Busy Bee not only provided a great price for the 2 hour task; the service was excellent. Super fast and really nice guys.
I used Busy Bee movers at the beginning of December, because the promised me the lowest price and that it wouldn’t change. The price did change the day of after all of my things had been moved. The movers smelled horrendously of smoke, broke two of my items, and took my bedroom furniture apart in weird ways and put it back together wrong which did cause it to fail (support railings were not attached). Definitely thought they did a great job and were friendly and got the job done fast, they were even tipped. When they delivered out of state they left the moving cloth on the TV and not thinking much about it since they did a great job I didn’t look at the TV. The next morning setting up the house and this is what I found on the covered TV. So please look at all the delivered item even if the people delivering things are nice. Also hold any tips until you do as well.
