Always a positive experience having them help us move! We’ve used them 3 times so far.
We hired busy bee moving for a full service (pack and move) move from Indiana to a different state. The positives- they are a non consolidated movers and got our stuff from point a to point b on time. Nothing that was transported was broken. They drove relatively quickly. The actual moving was quite smooth despite the loading area in the building we moved to being quite far from the unloading dock. So it's not me it's my neighbor, her mobile home caught fire and so she called her insurance which called Busy Bee which charged her $6,500 after the insurance company had paid them to come in and do it they've been here three times in a big truck two times they sat in chairs and played on their phones and did nothing. And now they're back today and with three workers one of them is doing all the work the other two are sitting in the car playing on their phones and doing nothing. My experience with this company was horrible. Told me they would be here today, then told me it might be later into the afternoon, then told me I would have to wait a few days. Given i had scheduled them for today and they garunteed me it was possible, i would not trust them for your move. Horrible at communication, put me in a terrible spot.
First time hiring movers and we were more than happy with the experience! The guys were respectful and incredibly efficient. You could tell they know what they’re doing, and got everything done quickly and well. Definitely recommend!
