The owners care about their customers opinion and service.
Pull into a wash area & was the only car there, then I had to take an important call. Seen some grumpy old lady began cleaning around and walked into my stall and to take the trash, she was still poking around for another 5 minutes then walked up to my driver side & rudely asked if I was going to wash my car, I simply said no and drove away. Would’ve understood if it was even slightly busy but I was the only person there.
