Horrible. We used this company for years and sadly we paid for a service and didn’t receive it. They just made numerous excuses on why they weren’t out doing it yet. The owner even said she was having a hard time yet theyre working down the street.
Back in April we had tree removal and other yard services from The Busy Beaver Tree Service. We have had Linda (the owner) do work for us for over 20 years and never had an issue previously. we had one tree cut down and a few branches removed from our other trees. We paid them $1000 in full to remove those trees, the branches AND for a stump removal. They said that they would return to do the stump removal the week of and never came back.
