I have just travelled on one of your buses with driver H5770. I was amazed at how polite and considerate he was to each and every passenger. He greetied them all with a cheery welcome and farewelled them as they alighted. He showed great care in stopping close to the kerb (closer than I get in my car) to allow easy access for not only the elderly, but for every passenger. Great drivers, very courteous and helpful. Clean, tidy buses were punctual and timetables were accurate. Great way to travel and not worry about parking.

I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to Roger and Al for their outstanding kindness and professionalism yesterday. My elderly parents were on one of your regular bus routes, hoping to enjoy a bit of sightseeing, and both Roger and Al went out of their way to make their experience extra special. Travelling west on Waterfall Way to Bellingen around 11am to 12pm, on Wednesday 17th April 2024. I was tailgated by BUSWAYS bus. I eventually got to a spot where I could pull off the road safely to get away from the aggressive bus driver behind me as I was worried he might rear end me he was so close. I indicated to pull of the road and the bully bus driver flew past nearly clipping the back of my car and blew his horn at me What a maniac! So grateful I don't have to use the local public transport or have children who do.
