They take great care of there properties. I have been able to see many of there properties and there attention to detail seperate them from the competition.
I have seen the properties managed by Bustos Capital and they are all attractive and well-maintained. Corner and 6th is a classy project, newly constructed, and in a great location. It is obvious that Bustos Capital management is focused on providing quality living for its tenants.
Bustos Capitol had several different properties for me to look at. Each one was in excellent shape and the management team was a pleasure to work with!
I can personally recommend this company for their professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service. They have a high sense of urgency, which means that any problems get addressed promptly.
Renting a place to call home usually does not feel like "home" but, at Millcreek Cove it does. The grouds are well maintained and the manager is quick to address any concerns that come up. It is nice to live at a place where people care.
