Current tenant at 6th and Corner sharing my experience. Significantly overpriced for the standard provided. Be aware: management presents well initially, but the lease is highly restrictive and fee-focused, including late fees during a rent payment issue on their end. An exterior floodlight disturbance went unresolved for months despite repeated requests.
