The lady picking up the phone was the rudest ever, I called on Thursday 7/24/2025 11:15am and asked her for an estimate on a 3,300sq ft property.She says "we don't give estimates until you hire us and we are doing the work already I can't just sent my guys out there because you say so!"...So I'm thinking How can they give you a bid once they are doing the work? Bustos and Hernandez have done four different home improvements for us, always doing excellent work and being more than pleasant. Definitely a good company.
They tore down the 3 layers of siding that had been put up on our house over the years and did an amazing job putting up the new stuff. They are booked out for a reason!
