Absolutely horrendous. Not only were the individuals working there not exactly the most welcoming bunch but the flowers I ordered for my daughters teachers were embarrassing. They look like they were picked from someone’s backyard and haphazardly thrown together with a bow that wasn’t even a bow. You can get better quality flowers from Jewel Osco.I’m so incredibly disappointed, I ended up throwing them away and going to Mariano’s.

They always do a great job with arrangements. Very courteous and helpful. Prefer this over big box stores.
We stopped in to get some flowers and the lady came out of the back, looked at us, and didn't say anything. We said, "Hi" and she did not respond, ignored us instead of saying, "I will be with you in a minute," and kept working on something. We slipped out and went down the street to Jewel, where they were very friendly and accommodating in the flower department.
