RecommendedBroke down on the side of the road outside College Station. Carl with Busse picked me up with intentions of driving us 20miles to a dealership, instead he was gracious enough to drive us 100miles to Austin. Incredible customer service, he took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing this and that, very informative. Great conversation over the 100mile drive. I wish him and Busse Wrecker Service the best and if I ever have issues again I hope Busse Wrecker Service will be available.

Rip offs!! They tried to charge us 720$ for a triple A call!! Also called the cops and tried to short cut the service and turn this into a pickup to where they would have control of the outcome of the vehicle which was mine! Lied and said the vehicle was unreachable, behind a fence and was stolen!! All wrong!! Held us out there for 3 hours and nearly had an entire investigation going on!! Pure ridiculousness!!! I would not recommend these people to anyone!
They were more than happy to come to my rescue at 4am once the competitors said that I would have a minimum 3 hour wait I guess that was their way of saying they just didn’t want to do the job but not Busse I recommend them 100% they got the job done ASAP..... THANKS A BILLION
Blowout in the middle of nowhere and the driver was so kind & quick to help us. He also made sure myself & my daughter were safe bc as he drove up another man had pulled over who looked shady & ranoff when he saw the wrecker truck. Great service & great guy!
