When in need of a emergent service call for my furnace Bussanmas said they would find asap a repairman to come. One did arrive in one hour accompanied by a second, possibly a student, as he had just finished another call and was diverted to my home. He quickly found the problem inducer fan and removed it in a very few minutes. I watched and this certainly WAS NOT a 2 man job as it was done easily and quickly. This company is horrible. They say one thing and do another. We were told we would receive a refund for unused service agrement but then tbey decided to charge us for service calls and reduced the amount dramatically. They had to come out 2 additional times because they never fixed the problem originally. We had to call another HVAC company to come and fix the problem. They said our unit was filthy even though that company had been out for an a/c check less than a month before and we had just had a repair done. If you want t... read more
