We used Buss twice in the last month as first the primary tub leaked, then the shower. They were so quick, friendly, and worked to find the right solution for the problem and our budget. Both times the final cost was below what I was worrying about and our plumber went above and beyond to help us out and make things as easy and convenient as plumbing leaks can be. It is so nice to find a friendly, honest, efficient company to work with.
I truly cannot say enough great things about this company. Jeff & Sven are fantastic guys. They go above & beyond! Everyone in my family & all of my friends will be calling on Buss Mechanical for all of their plumbing needs. Friendly, knowledgeable & extremely fair pricing makes this company hard to beat! You can't go wrong working with this group of professionals.
I don't have words for the this company! We found ourselves in a pinch with plumbing issues and finances. Jeff with Buss is very knowledgeable and understanding. He was able to get us the best possible price and sent an outstanding plumber Sven out to clear the issue. Sven is a super friendly and likeable guy, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. I won't be using anyone else for my plumbing needs!
These guys rock! My home warranty company had sent a plumber to replace my water heater a few months back. I had been hearing a dog whistle noise from the water heater, called the home warranty company again, they told me I needed to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer got me in touch with Buss Mechanical, these guys found the issue immediately and fixed it crazy quick.
