Had a lot of fun going over our new place with Peter. Really took the time to explain things to me
Great inspector, provided videos of all inspection findings, went through major appliance need to knows, shut off valves, etc. Noted when contractors were recommended to look at issues. Very friendly, highly recommend.
Recommended to Pete from my realtor. Very happy with the whole process. Drone footage of roof, video walk throughs during the process that were included with the inspection reports. Was also able to get quote right away on a couple things that needed to get fixed! Would highly recommend!
I would never recommend Pete to anyone. While the home was under five day attorney review, he cancels on us with less than 48 hours notice subsequently putting the deal and offer in an absolutely terrible position. In this market, there are going to be backup and multiple offers and he really screwed us over. He attempted to change the price and charge a high credit card processing fee a few days after I hired him. He knew the entire situation on the home and how I went over asking. His attention to detail and obvious 20+ years in the profession are exactly what you want in a home inspector.
