I would not give them anything above a zero. Poor customer service, condescending attitude by staff, and zero communication skills . I signed over a check for almost seven thousand dollars to repair hail damage . I asked about the repair of door dings and they said they would look at it. The hail damage was good as it was contracted out to a specialist but zero work done on the dings and no calls to me to discuss extra work .
