I was unloaded 14 hours earlier than the scheduled appointment. I really want to say that they are very good people.
Waiting door until 4 am between 2:30 pm and they just give me one missed call then calling back right away and they told me you just miss you spot Waite our call and that’s was ok until they write down this type of snitch move
Waited 7 hours just to be backed to the docks, highly not recommend to come here I lost one day of work bacause of these facility, and freaking brokers refuse to pay layover/ detention If you guys did know how much it comes up for us/ truckers to stay without the load A day. Fokem All
6 am appointment its now 2pm and still waiting, the Mexican guy at the window got an attitude for asking about an update on getting unloaded.
Park outside the gates on the street then go and check in … wait for phone call door assignment…
