I have never been treated with suck kindness from any shipper/receiver than I was at this location. Most people treat truck drivers like dirt on the bottom of your shoe. So it was refreshing to be treated like a human being and not a worthless nothing. Keep it up! It’s greatly appreciated.
Lady whom checked me was amazing! Huge warm smile with a matching personality! Was very professional and clear and precise with the instructions. Was a welcome change to the normal check in procedure at other shipper/receivers where they seem annoyed your breathing their air and wasting their time. I only wish I could remember her name, she needs to be appreciated for her kind disposition!
Underground cave and very nice company to deliver, I was given dock before my appointment time and they unloaded me in 30 minutes Also the lady in the front desk (Grace) is very professional she treats truck drivers with much respect they deserve thank you Grace
