The team at BSSI is phenomenal! They are always prompt when addressing customer needs and really go above and beyond with customer service. And customer service is such a rarity nowadays! It also doesn't hurt that they really know their stuff and are able to communicate in a way that the customer understands. They really take the stress out of IT!

The employees of BSSI are professional and responsive to my questions. They explain how they’re updating or fixing my computer errors and when they can’t fix something immediately, they investigate the problem and always get back with me. I highly recommend their services.
