The lady at the Photo ID desk is consistently rude. I’ve visited three times, and each time she was in a bad mood. At first, I assumed it might have just been a rough day for her, but after multiple visits, I’ve found her attitude to be the same each time.
The people working in the photo ID office are very rude. I tried to go get my ID on Monday, and before I was even through the door they were yelling at me to get out because they were having IT issues. They said that there was nothing that they could do about it, and had no idea when it would be back up. Luckily I was able to grab a card with their number on it so I could call before I came in to try again. When I called there wasn't even a 'hello' or 'how can I help you'.
