This is the first time we visited this groomer and WOW!!! Annie was so sweet and incredibly professional, and made our 5-month old cocker spaniel puppy go from “electrocuted lint ball” to an ACTUAL spaniel!! Everyone thought we had a mini bernadoodle for so long because we weren’t able to trim our little guy at home, so I am so happy with how Spud’s haircut turned out! Annie did AMAZING, I cannot praise her and her staff enough! We will definitely be back for more haircuts!!
My dog, a 7 year old Berniedoodle who was traumatized before he came to me at 4 months, is a special needs dog - afraid of people but loves dogs of all sizes. Dogtopia of Golden Valley staff were amazing with him. I love their process of initiation and the creative report cards they give. I had to be away for 3 nights on business and I could tell Sanders had a great time and was well cared for. Their marketing is so creative but even better, the actually deliver on their love and care for all dogs. Highly recommend.
We chose Dogtopia Golden Valley after our preferred boarding options were unavailable during our travels. We appreciated their process of requiring a daytime play session before boarding, and our dog’s initial visit and first short boarding stay earlier in July went smoothly. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with my experience at Dogtopia Golden Valley. The initial tour was wonderful and everything was explained to me and laid out very nicely, including pricing. The first day that my dog Gigi went to Dogtopia she got a little report card after which I really appreciated! Gigi goes once a week and it’s so much fun to be able to watch her on camera. These guys are amazing! My dog has never been so happy to go to day care! Their practice is based on reinforcement and redirection. They do not use punishment. They provide lots of fun activities and events throughout the day. They even have nap time! And most convenient, they offer a full spa on site. Highly recommend by Dexter and his parents!!!
