Timmons Management was put in charge of Fox Chase Condominiums (496 units in Clinton Township, MI) a little over two years ago. In that time every aspect of our community has suffered. This “management” company doesn’t really manage anything. They simply take orders from 3 petulant board members who do not acknowledge the needs or faithfully represent the majority of owners in our community. If were possible, it would be 0 stars. So disappointed. Co-owners complain of lack of communication, no consistency, no response to needs, and no on-site property manager when they should be in the office. Our community has 496 units, and approx. 40.39 acres (which translates into 1,742,400 sq. feet). In 2 years with Timmons, our community is on on the 4th maintenance person (which we are unclear as to whether this one is permanent or part-time) and on our 4th on-site property manager. I am pleased with the leadership of Timmons Management Co. They are prompt, easy to reach, thorough and provide good recommendations for contract work. I would absolutely recommend Timmons Management Co. for any size property whether it’s six units or 6000 units.
Sabrina and Paul have been great to work with; they are even available to answer my call at 11:30 at night. Our pool was not properly maintained for years under the previous management company. Timmons management company came in the second year, was able to completely renovato the pool with over $100,000 in cement around the pool.
