We're out-of-state and wanted to order a bouquet to be delivered in Ithaca. The recipient said her gift from Business is Blooming is the most beautiful arrangement she's ever seen, and from the photos she sent us we agree! The price was very reasonable, and the bouquet arrived right on time. We also appreciate the sustainability efforts of this business.
