Do NOT hire Jim Simon. My husband and I paid a $3,000 for his help in a custody case. At our meeting to discuss the case I was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for my report to complete. He and his associate Tom, who was in the meeting, told me the $3,000 would cover a through background investigation. I signed a contract and was promised a copy would be emailed to me. Big promises, big talk, but I was left disappointed in the end. Way to treat someone who stood up for you guys and believed in you. When you tell someone “you’ll be an asset here”, and they bring you legit business out of trust, it’s common courtesy to not treat them like disposable napkins. Just so you know, that person will be an amazing asset to someone else and she’s got REAL integrity...she is even paying the retainer money back to the client she referred out of the sheer goodness of her heart. BII is a sinking ship and instead of jumping, the rats are going down with it and gladly still pocketing the money of people in need of help. Jim Simon is Jekyl/Hyde. Thomas Frey used to actually be a decent human being. Nothing to show for the money people fork over. Years ago, this was the premiere agency to rely on. JUMP SHIP before they take you andf your money down with them.
