A few months ago we purchased a large load of new-open box computers from TBF Computing. Problems arose from the moment the products reached our dock doors, and we have been trying to work with TBF to resolve these issues since, to no avail. First, after inventorying the computers based on the manifest, we realized TBF shorted us over 70 computers.
