I contacted this company to research a ticket to Rome. I was booked on Iberia through Madrid. I was lead to believe that I would be able to make my connection in Madrid to fly to Rome where I had a connecting flight to PalermoSicily! When I realized my flight out of Miami was delayed over 2 hours, I contacted them about missing my connecting flight.
