Was looking for a long term rental, requested that the agent add us to a waiting list, and just never heard from her again. Thank goodness we didn't rely on her!
Used to be good. New ownership now. Things have changed. Not very professional. We had a rental listed with them and they just dropped us by email. Didn’t have to professional courtesy to call us even. I emailed and called them. Didn’t hear back for a week and that was also by email. We had linens and towels disappear that we spent good money on etc. etc. There are better places in the area to list and rent from.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The previous review response from this management company is totally false. We booked with them, received a confirmation, and then proceeded to book airline tickets. I would’nt have booked airline tickets if I didn’t have a confirmation. They then cancelled our rental and said it was due to a “glitch in the system”.
